Medical Services

Mehta Imaging Centre provides diagnostic imaging services for medical evaluation purposes. Please note the following:

• Our services encompass diagnostic imaging only, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Digital X-Ray
• Imaging results are not a substitute for clinical judgment by your treating physician
• All diagnostic reports are reviewed and interpreted by qualified, board-certified radiologists

Appointment Policy

To ensure efficient service delivery and respect for all patients, we maintain the following appointment policies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time
• Walk-in patients are welcome and will be accommodated subject to availability
• Emergency diagnostic services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

Payment Terms

We believe in transparent and straightforward billing practices for all our services:

• Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
• We accept major insurance plans; please verify coverage with your provider before your visit
• No hidden fees or surprise charges -- all pricing is transparent and communicated upfront
• Detailed pricing information is available on our website and at the reception desk

Patient Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective diagnostic imaging, patients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history, including medications and allergies
• Follow all preparation instructions provided for your specific imaging procedure
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments to minimize delays for all patients
• Inform our staff about any metallic implants, pacemakers, or medical conditions that may affect imaging safety

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy, the following limitations apply:

• Diagnostic imaging is provided for informational and evaluation purposes to assist in clinical decision-making
• Final diagnosis and treatment decisions rest solely with your treating physician
• Mehta Imaging Centre does not guarantee specific medical outcomes based on imaging results

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding associated with Mehta Imaging Centre are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and website design. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
